Deleting your Lumi account

You can delete your Lumi account, and everything in it, yourself at any time, in the Lumi app or on readlumi.app.

How

Log in at readlumi.app or in the Lumi app.
Open Settings.
Scroll to Delete my account, type your password and press Delete my account.

Can't log in? Email [email protected] from the email address of the account, and it will be deleted within 7 days.

What is deleted

Everything, straight away and for good: your account details, uploaded books, notes, questions and answers, highlights, bookmarks, reading history, summaries, mind maps, slides, infographics, settings and saved AI keys. Nothing is kept, apart from server safety backups (if any), which are overwritten within 30 days.
